About the Founder and General Overseer
Apostle Innocent William Boateng is a passionate servant of God and a global apostolic voice with a divine mandate to reconcile souls to Christ. His ministry is devoted to leading people into a deep and intimate relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, equipping believers to walk in faith, love, purpose, and spiritual maturity.He is an Apostle with a strong teaching field, prophetic, evangelical, pastor and he operats in all the 5 five ministries with tangible manifestations and testimonies.
Compelled by the call of God, he is committed to advancing the Kingdom through church planting, raising pastors and leaders, and helping individuals discover and fulfill their God-given purpose. Beyond the pulpit, he is passionate about impacting lives through philanthropic initiatives that bring hope, relief, and transformation.
Apostle Innocent holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science Education, a Master’s degree in Theology, along with several other academic and ministerial qualifications. He is the Founder and General Overseer of Reconciliation Chapel International, a dynamic global ministry with branches in multiple nations.
He is also the visionary behind Vessels of Christ Ministry International, a vibrant interdenominational campus fellowship dedicated to raising Christ-centered young leaders. In addition, he serves as the Chairman of Wave Bible School, where he is committed to training and equipping men and women for effective Kingdom service.
As a distinguished author, Apostle Innocent has written numerous life-transforming books that continue to inspire, instruct, and impact readers across the world. Through his writings, teachings, and apostolic ministry, countless lives have been drawn closer to Christ and empowered to walk in the fullness of God’s purpose for their lives.
Together with his beloved wife, Lady Benedicta Innocent Boateng, he serves the Lord faithfully, and they are blessed with two daughters. (REIGN AND RENELLE ). They are African- American based in the United States, his ministry continues to extend across Africa, America, Europe, and Asia, carrying the message of reconciliation and the fragrance of Christ to nations and peoples of diverse backgrounds.
Through his life and ministry, Apostle Innocent William Boateng remains steadfast in his commitment to proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ, raising Kingdom ambassadors, and advancing God’s redemptive purpose in the earth.

Rev. (Mrs) Counselor Benedicta Innocent Boateng (Benedicta Busheal) is a co founder of RCI , the president of the Perfect Ladies (women’s ministry) and national administrator. She is a certified counselor in marriage and family, mental health and addiction. She has been a strong woman ,a great backborne to her husband and RCI. She also minister in spiritual songs that is heals souls. She is a mentor to many and still impacting lifes alongside with her husband. she’s much known for her sweet heart to support anyone she encounters,hardwork and sacrifices.
